Uros Amantani Taquile 2D/1N


Day 1 : Isla Uros - Amantani :

After breakfast , transfer to the port of Puno to take a tourist motor boat and to continue towards the floating islands of the Uros, the ancient inhabitants untill today still continue living in artificial reed islands, known as the tribe water, they must build their own Islands periodically , adding new layers of " Totora " . Their homes and boats are made of the same material. After two hours follow the route to the island of Amantani.

This island is inhabited by Aymara native speakers still prevail with its ancient traditions, the main occupation is the production of ceramics and textiles . The positive energy of this island is so powerful it is known as the " Island of Love " . Upon reaching the island we will taste a typical lunch , we head to the ceremonial center " Pachatata " sacred place. At night we will stay in the family home enjoying the hospitality of a typical Amantani home .

Day 2 : Amantani Taquile Islands - Puno : Day 2 : Taquila Amantani Islands - Puno :

After breakfast depart for the island of Taquile , where we will appreciate the form of typical and rustic experience , the place is colorful and landscaping , where they even maintain its customs , ritual , religious and folkloric traditions , also inhabited by Aymara native speakers who have developed effective social system and only in town of Taquile we will taste a typical lunch with fresh fish ( smelt ) in the afternoon return to the city of Puno .
