Inca Trail to Machu Picchu 2D/1N


First Day: Cusco - Winaywayna - Machu Picchu

We pick you up at 5 and 45 am from the hotel and we go to the train Station, from where we travel seeing picturesque landscapes, to get to Km 104 where we started our hike. From the archaeological site of "Chachabamba" (2250 mts) went up by approx. 2 1/2 hours to the fascinating archaeological site of "Winaywayna" (2650 m) where we enjoyed a pic nic. In the afternoon we follow the semi-tropical forest to the "Intipunku" (Sun Gate) where we can enjoy the first panoramic view of the majestic "Machu Picchu". From here we descend by bus to Aguas Calientes where you can visit the thermal baths and optionally spend the night in a hostel conveniently chosen.

Second Day: Machu Picchu - Cusco

After breakfast we went to the first bus to Machu Picchu to enjoy the sunrise in this magical place before the arrival of other tourists from Cusco . Enjoy the tranquility of the lost city of the Incas on a guided tour, free time . In the afternoon we descend by bus to Aguas Calientes.
In the evening board the train that will take us to the town of Ollantaytambo , where we expect the bus to return to Cusco.
